Here are the different software platforms that we use to run our detailing business!

Scheduling

• Calendly - You can signup and get started for free. We use the professional plan for the webhook automation to integrate with Podium.

CRM / Platform

• Podium - Runs our entire business, it does our CRM, text messaging, review management, payments, and more.

Website

• Squarespace - Originally our website was on Webflow, but we just didn’t take the time to get over the learning curve. So after 1-year of an unfinished website, we switched over to Squarespace and rebuilt our entire website in 1-day… and it was better. Simplicity wins here.

Other

• Canva (Graphic Design) - We use Canva pro for some of the more advanced features of the platform. Primarily to export transparent .PNG files but the pro version does give you a lot more templates and graphics to create graphics for social media.
